Cookies and Other Automatic Data Collection and Tracking Methods

Location Data Generally

If you download the App, it will request access to your device location. If you grant access, we may track the physical location of your device using GPS and Wi-Fi signals to provide the Service. You can revoke location access through your device settings. Disabling location access may limit some features. Location data will be available to the Account Owner, account administrators, and MyWorkbelt.

Location Data: Security Tracking

Location data may be tracked for fraud prevention, including identifying potentially unauthorized account access. Unusual activity flagged by our Security Services may be reported to the Account Owner or applicable administrators. In high-risk cases, your account may be temporarily disabled. We will notify you and provide information on verifying your account and restoring access.

Time Tracking

The App may allow you to track how long it takes to complete a work task. Time-tracking functions may also use location data, if enabled. This information will be available to the Account Owner, account administrators, and MyWorkbelt in our logs.

Metadata

We collect and use metadata derived from your use of the Service. For example, when you take a photo using the App, we may also collect the time the photo was taken. This metadata will also be available to the Account Owner.

Third-Party Services

Third parties may set cookies or similar tools when you visit our Website or use the App and/or Service. These include analytics providers, such as Google Analytics (“Analytics Services”), content and offer providers, and fraud detection and prevention services (“Security Services”).

We may receive reports based on these parties’ use of tracking technologies. Analytics information is used to improve our Website and Services. Security Services may use digital products and AI-driven machine-learning platforms to analyze and aggregate data, identify risk patterns, and predict fraudulent activity.

Information may be transmitted to analytics and security providers and processed according to their respective terms and privacy policies. Analytics providers may also transfer information to third parties where required by law or where those parties process information on their behalf. By using our Website, App, and/or Service, you consent to the processing described in this section.

System Logs, Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies help us track content usage and traffic and compile aggregate statistics, such as the number of visitors, time spent on the Website, and frequently viewed pages. This information is used to improve the content of the Website and App.

You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are sent or to refuse them. Disabling cookies may prevent some Website, App, and/or Service features from working properly. Your browser reports your IP address when you visit a Website page, and this information may be recorded with your registration information.

As Required by Law

We may disclose Personal Information without your consent when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, users, or others; comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or governmental requests; enforce our contracts or user agreements; or detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
